RMI Organization

General operation fortification is pertinent for the sovereignty of our Nation, to sustain operations through shocks amongst the world's political economy, in a world where the importance of developing self apolitically and for human rights to being able to do more for self and others is paramount.

Nation Members

Coupled marginalization and disenfranchisement in lived experience is crippling, therefore expanding programs that bolster and uplift the human resource while increasing their accessibility is our dedicated stride to strengthen our community and achieve our mission.

Pathways to mitigate inequity and encourage empowerment sooner rather than later for the youth of our Nation is compulsory to overcome living in stagnation, to ensure progress, while not only are our future adults served, but they build the energy of community and service in themselves.

WHAT IS capacity building AND WHY DOES IT MATTER TO US FOR OUR PROGRAMS?

Building one's ability to do more, for themselves and others, is not only paramount to what is means to live and grow as a human, but it also represents the values of autonomy and sovereignty that resonate throughout indigenous life.

Capacity building can be considered as building the human resource.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Measuring our progress is a continual process employed and maintained with standard practices while we also open up to alternative methods as appropriate to serve the interests of our mission. Such measurement of our activities is compulsory for growth and sustainability nonetheless for ensuring that our mission and goals are consistently achieved.
